As the dining and hospitality market in Kyrgyzstan experiences rapid growth, a well-known local restaurant chain has initiated a comprehensive smart upgrade to enhance both customer service and store safety management. Modern restaurant chains face unique challenges, including heavy foot traffic, concentrated peak hours, and diverse functional zones (dining areas, kitchens, checkout counters, and entrances). Traditional surveillance systems often fall short due to poor nighttime image quality, high false alarm rates, and a lack of interactive audio capabilities.

Designed for dining halls and kitchen environments with an IP53 protection rating. Featuring dual smart illumination and humanoid detection, it delivers sharp imagery in low-light conditions. Equipped with a built-in microphone and PoE power supply, it enables synchronized audio-video recording to effectively oversee kitchen operational compliance.

Cashier & High-Security Area Protection | JVS-N637-UDL 6MP Full-Color Dual-Light PoE Camera

Focused on safeguarding cashier counters and key security zones. Combining AgiSense technology, AI-ISP image processing, and the SAFE anti-overexposure function, it effectively eliminates screen glare and light reflections. It supports accurate humanoid/vehicle detection and two-way audio to protect cash transactions and critical assets.

Centralized Storage & Smart Management | JVS-ND7616-HP 16CH 4K Smart NVR

Serving as the system's core, it features the user-friendly Vstar GUI and VSmart intelligent coding technology, significantly reducing bandwidth and storage consumption while supporting up to 10TB hard drives. It integrates multiple AI video analytics—including regional intrusion, tripwire detection, and passenger flow statistics—achieving all-in-one surveillance, data analysis, and operational management.
