We would recommend to add ONVIF IP Camera manually instead of search and add. Go to the Channel Menu and click Advance Add option. Select ONVIF type and input the IP Address, Port, Username and Password of the camera manually and add it.

Note:

If the IP Camera required to enable ONVIF, you have to enable that first before adding it into NVR. Some manufacturer disable ONVIF by default. You need to enable it manually and setup seperate username and password for ONVIF. If you create a username and passwod for ONVIF, please use that username and password when you add such devices in the NVR.
