I forgot my NVR/XVR password and the device is not showing the error code on the login screen. How can I reset the password of these devices?
Restart the NVR/XVR first. The camera preview will appear on the display after restart. Send us the device model number and current date displayed on the right bottom corner of the screen (Send us the picture) to support@jovision.com. We shall send you the super password for the corresponding date. Just input super password in the device login and follow the instruction on the screen.
